Terms & Conditions of Use of Super Saver Ride Ticket
Definition of a Super Saver Ride Tickets
Harbour Park’s Super Saver Ticket Strips offer guests the maximum flexibility in using our rides and attractions, whilst saving on the cost of each individual attraction. They consist of a strip of 10 individual tickets (“Ride Tickets” or “Tickets”) which can be bought and then distributed amongst those in a group or all given to an individual. These Terms and Conditions deal with the use of Ride Tickets bought within a Super Saver Ride strip. These Terms & Conditions also apply to Harbour Park Annual Pass holders using any entitlement or discount.
Ride Tickets Validity
An individual Ride ticket or Ride strip of 10 tickets is valid on the day it is issued until the end of the season, within the year printed on the reverse of the ticket. Any Ticket that has been invalidated, ripped, cut, stuck down, tampered with or is suspected of being forged could result in a guest or group being refused entry to attractions or being asked to leave the premises without refund.
Ride Closure and Unavailability
Guests should check the rides and attractions available during the time of their visit prior to purchasing a Super Saver Ride Tickets. Refunds cannot be given for ride unavailability. Rides and attractions may be closed without notice or advertisement for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, operator break periods, poor weather conditions, wind speed and safety inspections. All rides can be closed for these or other reasons without refund or transfer of Ride Tickets. Ride closures are at the discretion of the Management. Should guests have unused Tickets they should talk to a Manager immediately as action can only be taken on that day and not at a later date. Refunds will not be given on part-used Ride Ticket Strips. All safety rules for all rides & attractions apply for all methods of payment. This includes but is not limited to height, age and disability access restrictions. These rules may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Management. Harbour Park is open 362 days a year. However the rides are not. Opening times and dates for all services are published at www.harbourpark.com. Rides are open mainly in West Sussex school holidays Mar-Oct. Guests should check which facilities are open prior to travelling or booking online. If Harbour Park is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control monies cannot be refunded.
Using the Ride Tickets
The Ride Ticket entitles the bearer to ride an attraction for 1 cycle only. The bearer must then dismount the ride and join the queuing system again with another Ticket. There is no priority queuing system at Harbour Park. Ticket-holders must queue for rides and attractions in the same way as guests paying by other means. If a child is the bearer of a Ticket and is within the “Accompanied Rider only” height range, a person over the Single Rider height must accompany them on that ride. The accompanying person will be expected to pay for their own ride using a separate Ticket on attractions marked “per person”. They will not be expected to pay on rides marked “per car”. Adventure Golf area can be paid for with Ride Tickets. Coin-operated attractions, ride photography, indoor soft play, seafront kiosks & arcades are not included on Ride Tickets.
Persons over 16 who are caring for persons with seen or unseen additional needs may claim a free ‘Carer’ wristband from the Gift Hut at Harbour Park on production of a valid ‘Compass’, ‘Access’ (or similar scheme) card or DLA letter. You may be required to prove you are over 16 years old to receive a ‘Carer’ band, in all cases the attractions decision is final for issuing ‘Carer’ bands. A carer band allows the carer to accompany a guest of any height, above the minimum required, onto the attraction to assist in (un)loading, riding and proper understanding of rules governing safe riding. If their charges understanding of the rules is in doubt the Carer should not allow the person with additional needs to ride the attraction. Harbour Park does not often have queues or lines over 7 minutes and does not have the facilities to operate a priority line/queue. If waiting in lines for attractions is an issue for a guest, we operate a ‘swap out’ policy where a substitute guest may wait in the line and the person with additional needs can join or ‘swap out’ when the substitute reaches the entrance/front of the attraction.
