Collection of Personal Information

Harbour Park collects personal information from you in different ways dependent upon the service you wish to use.  This is mostly digitally via our websites but on occasion can be hard copy.  We will need to have a legal basis to hold your data, this could be your consent, or facilitating a paid for service such as an annual pass or some data held will be for compliance with a legal reason such as licensing requirements.  Should you wish to use a service Harbour Park offers that requires registration or recording of personal data we will record basic personal information. Harbour Parks as a data controller does make use of some external data processors for our websites functionality and these also record limited information about your computer hardware and software, including (but not limited to) your operating system, browser type, IP address, access times and referring URLs. Personal information recorded during your registration is used only to process the services you have requested, are paying for or may be of interest to you, and only by Harbour Park or its authorised data processors.  Harbour Park does not sell any of your personal information.  We will not divulge your personal details to organisations; we may however share your details with companies we are in partnership with in order to offer or fulfil prizes and competitions.

We will only use the email addresses of registered persons to send emails explicitly related to the users service enquiry or purchase, you will receive marketing information (if you opt-in) where all communications will be from Harbour Park and not from any un-associated third party.  Your personal data will be held by the data processor https://mailchimp.com/ to facilitate these communications.

You have the right to update information we store about you at any time, or to request that we remove it from our systems. Under the General Data Protection Regulation users have the right to access information collected by Harbour Park about them. Harbour Park is committed to the security of your information. We take precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your information. We cannot protect information which is collected by a third party owned site which is linked to our site.  We select our data processors with security and privacy in mind.
