Terms & Conditions of Use of Super Saver Ride Books

Definition of a Super Saver Ride Book

Harbour Park’s Super Saver Ride Books (“Ride Books”) offer guests the maximum flexibility in using our rides and attractions, whilst saving on the cost of each individual attraction. They consist of a book of 10 individual tickets (“Ride Tickets” or “Tickets”) which can be bought and then distributed amongst those in a group or all given to an individual. These Terms and Conditions deal with the use of Ride Tickets bought within a Super Saver Ride Book. These Terms & Conditions also apply to Harbour Park Annual Pass holders using their discount entitlement.

Ride Book and Tickets Validity

An individual Ride Book or Ride Ticket is only valid on the day it is issued or booked for. Ride Tickets are valid for 1 day only. Super Saver Ride Books and Tickets are non-transferable between dates of visits. Access to rides will only be given by operators to guests with the correct colour Ticket for that day bearing the Harbour Park logo. Any Ticket that has been invalidated, ripped, cut, stuck down, tampered with or is suspected of being forged could result in a guest or group being refused entry to attractions or being asked to leave the premises without refund.

Ride Closure and Unavailability

Guests should check the rides and attractions available during the time of their visit prior to purchasing a Super Saver Ride Book. Refunds cannot be given for ride unavailability. Rides and attractions may be closed without notice or advertisement for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, operator break periods, poor weather conditions, wind speed and safety inspections. All rides can be closed for these or other reasons without refund or transfer of Ride Tickets. Ride closures are at the discretion of the Management. Should guests have unused Tickets they should talk to a Manager immediately as action can only be taken on that day and not at a later date. Refunds will not be given on part-used Ride Books. All safety rules for all rides & attractions apply for all methods of payment. This includes but is not limited to height, age and disability access restrictions. These rules may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Management. Harbour Park is open 363 days a year. However the rides are not. Opening times and dates for all services are published at www.harbourpark.com. Rides are open mainly in West Sussex school holidays Feb-Oct. Guests should check which facilities are open prior to travelling or booking online. If Harbour Park is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control monies cannot be refunded.

Using the Ride Tickets

The Ride Ticket entitles the bearer to ride an attraction for 1 cycle only. The bearer must then dismount the ride and join the queuing system again with another Ticket. There is no priority queuing system at Harbour Park. Ticket-holders must queue for rides and attractions in the same way as guests paying by other means. If a child is the bearer of a Ticket and is within the “Accompanied Rider only” height range, a person over the Single Rider height must accompany them on that ride. The accompanying person will be expected to pay for their own ride using a separate Ticket or tokens on attractions marked “per person”. They will not be expected to pay on rides marked “per car”. The soft play and Adventure Golf area can be paid for with Ride Tickets. Coin-operated attractions, ride photography, seafront kiosks & arcades are not included on Ride Tickets.

General Harbour Park Guest Rules

Harbour Park reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any/all attractions to any guest when Harbour Park staff deem it unsafe for the guest to ride. This includes guests judged to be intoxicated by alcohol or drugs. Harbour Park will treat every guest with respect. In return we ask that guests treat our staff with respect. Harbour Park will not tolerate, and will seek prosecution of, any person assaulting, intimidating or verbally abusing staff, whatever their grievance.
