All Annual Passes are valid for 12 months. There are no short-term Annual Pass or pro-rata refunds if you wish to terminate an Annual Pass prior to its expiry date. We can only process an Annual Pass purchase and issue an Annual Pass card at Harbour Park with the person to be the Annual Pass Holder present in order that a photo can be taken and placed on the card. Gift options may be available but the recipient of an Annual Pass as a gift will still have to visit Harbour Park to receive their Annual Pass Holder card. Annual Passes will expire 12 months from the date of collection, not the date of payment. Annual Pass payment can be made by credit/debit card in person or online or by cash payment in person only. Discounts on purchase of an Annual Pass will only be applied on production of a valid ID/voucher. Harbour Park reserves the right to withdraw Annual Pass purchase offers/discounts without notice or publication. Annual Pass cards remain Harbour Park property and are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale. Lost/Stolen Annual Pass cards will attract a £5 administration charge to replace after a security check. Changes of address must be notified in writing by post or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Annual Pass benefits are only extended to the Annual Pass Holders making a transaction, not to friends and family holding an Annual Pass card belonging to someone else. Card holders must be present to claim the benefits: even if the Annual Pass holder is a child, that child must be present. A maximum of four 1 Day Go Unlimited Wristbands from the Annual Pass entitlement can be used by the Annual Pass Holder on any single day. Annual Pass Holder benefits cannot be claimed without a valid personalised Annual Pass card. Annual Pass Holder benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Annual Pass Holder benefits cannot be claimed until an Annual Pass card is issued. Annual Pass Holders will be required to present their Annual Pass card for every transaction they wish to receive an Annual Pass Holder benefit for. This includes services and products purchased in the Harbour Kitchen, The Galley Restaurant and Tea Rooms, Kelly’s of Cornwall Ice cream Parlour and the Riverfront Tea Bar. Annual Pass Holders using their Wristband allocation must have a hand stamp to validate the Wristband and any adult wishing to be the “accompanying adult” on rides with a child wearing a Wristband must also have their hand stamped. Failure to have hands stamped will make Wristbands invalid. Annual Pass Holders are subject to the same rules and conditions which apply to all visitors to the Park. There is no priority queuing system at Harbour Park. Annual Pass Holders must queue for rides and attractions in the same way as guests paying by other means. Coin-operated attractions, ride photography, seafront kiosks & arcades are not included on Wristbands or in Annual Pass benefits. Entry to the soft play area is included on a Wristband but Annual Pass holders receive discounted entry if wishing to use solely the soft play area without using a Wristband from their entitlement.
All safety rules for all rides & attractions still apply. This includes but is not limited to height and age restrictions. These rules may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Management. Wristband holders are guaranteed unlimited rides between 1pm- 4pm on rides that are open. Before or after that Wristbands can continue to be used, on day of issue, but rides may close, at the Management’s discretion. All ride openings are subject to safety inspection, maintenance & weather conditions and can be closed for these or other reasons without refund or transfer of Wristbands. Harbour Park is open 363 days a year. However, the rides are not. Opening times and dates for all services are published at www.harbourpark.com. Rides are open mainly in West Sussex school holidays Feb-Oct. Annual Pass Holders should check which facilities are open prior to travelling. If Harbour Park is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control Annual Passes cannot be extended or monies refunded.
Annual Pass Holder benefits are reviewed in November & December. Harbour Park will endeavour to make most Annual Pass benefit changes on 1st February for the following 12 months. However Annual Pass benefits can be subject to change at any time without notification. Any loyalty deduction offered is subject to Annual Passes being renewed within 28 days of expiry. Cards will be dated from original expiry date. No loyalty deduction is applied beyond 28 days from expiry. Loyalty offer only applies to renewals and cannot be extended to new Annual Passes or family or friends.
If you receive a discount on a Harbour Park Annual Pass by being a member of a partner organisation it is assumed that you consent to your personal information being verified/shared with that organisation. Harbour Park may from time to time analyse your data. Harbour Park uses third party providers to process your orders and support our annual pass system. These providers will have access to your personal information only to the extent of providing services to Harbour Park to enable this system. Outside of the provision of services to you for Harbour Park your personal information will not be made available to external companies or other third parties and will only be available to Harbour Park Ltd. No Annual Pass pictures are held electronically on file. You have the legal right to request all data held about you and the right for this to be erased. Harbour Park’s Gift Hut is the point of contact for all Annual Pass enquiries, purchases, collection, renewals, and reversals. VAT is included in the price of an Annual Pass.
