Catering Team

Being part of our catering team will provide you with a variety of skills, as flexability is the key to success in this department. The role you will fulfill can vary day to day, from ice cream sales to front of house EPOS till operations in the Coffee House or Galley Restaurant.

Requirements:
Advertised Job is for the 2011 season in a positon of responsibility.
Harbour Park is looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who are well presented, punctual and keen to work as part of a team. Previous cooking, customer service and EPOS till experience is preferable, but not essential as training will be given.

Duties will include:
Customer service, some cooking, upselling items, cash handling, using touch screen EPOS tills, maintaining a pleasant and clean atmosphere, play area supervision and any other associated works.

Days:
Working 6 days per week.
Includes weekends and bank holidays.
Hours increase as the season progresses.
Exceeds minimum wage.

General Ride Operators

Being part of the ride operations team is a rewarding but serious job, as safety is our number 1 concern. As required, you will be expected to operate a variety of rides in a professional and sensible manner.

Requirements:
Advertised Job is for the spring/summer season
Applicants must comply with the children's act and be at least 16 years of age due to health and safety reasons.
You must be polite, friendly, sensible and be able to work as part of a team when under pressure.
Previous customer service preferable, but not essential, as training will be given.

Duties include:
You will be trained to operate a variety of rides, which requires good customer relations and common sense.
Other duties include; serving customers not only on rides but in and around the park. operating rides, upholding health and safety standards and maintaining the cleanliness of the park.

Hours:
From 10 - 30 hours per week.
Includes weekends and bank holidays.
Hours increase as the season progresses.
Exceeds minimum wage.
