Harbour Park “Super Saver” Ride Tickets Terms & Conditions
Harbour Park’s “Super Saver” Ride Tickets offer guests the maximum flexibility in using our attractions, whilst saving on the cost of each individual attraction. Books of 10 tickets can be bought and then distributed between groups or given to an individual. Naturally for this kind of offer there are a number of terms and conditions and for your clarity they are listed below.
- An individual book or ticket is only valid on the day it is issued.
- Ride tickets are valid for 1 day. Guests should check the attractions available for their visit prior to purchasing a Super Saver Book. Refunds cannot be given for ride unavailability.
- Rides close at the discretion of the management. Should guests have unused tickets they should talk to a manager as action can only be taken on that day and not at a later date. A refund will not be given on part used books.
- All safety rules for all rides & attractions still apply. This includes but is not limited to height, age and disability access restrictions. These rules may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Management.
- Super Saver Books and ride tickets are non-transferable between dates of visit.
- The ride ticket entitles the guest to ride an attraction for 1 cycle. The guest must then dismount the ride and join the queuing system again with another ticket.
- If a child is the bearer of a ticket and is within the “accompanied only” height range a person must accompany them on that ride. The accompanying person will be expected to pay for their ride on attractions marked “per person”. They will not be expected to pay on rides marked “per car”.
- Access to rides will only be given by operators to guests with the correct colour ticket for the day bearing the Harbour Park logo.
- Any ticket that has been invalided, ripped, cut, stuck down, tampered with or is suspected of forgery could result in a guest or group being refused entry to attractions or being asked to leave the premises without refund.
- Rides and attractions may be closed without notice or advertisement for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, operator break periods, poor weather conditions, wind speed and safety inspections.
- There is no priority queuing system at Harbour Park. Ticket holders must queue for attractions with guests paying by other means.
- These ticket terms & conditions apply to Harbour Park club members using their discount entitlement.
- Harbour Park reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any/all attractions to any guest staff deem it unsafe for them to ride. This includes guests felt to be intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.
- Harbour Park will treat every guest with respect. In return we ask that guests treat our staff with respect. Harbour Park will not tolerate, and will seek prosecution, of any person assaulting, intimidating or verbally abusing staff, whatever their grievance.
- Coin operated attractions; ride photography, seafront kiosks & arcades are not included on ride tickets. Soft play area can be paid for with 2 ride tickets.
- All ride openings are subject to safety inspection, maintenance & weather conditions and can be closed for these or other reasons without refund or transfer of Ride Tickets.
- Harbour Park is open 364 days a year. However the rides are not. Opening times and dates for all services are published at www.harbourpark.com . Rides are open mainly in West Sussex school holidays Feb-Oct. Guests should check which facilities are open prior to travelling or booking online.
- If Harbour Park is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control monies cannot be refunded.
- Harbour Park’s Gift Shop is the point of contact for all ticket enquiries, purchases, collections, and reversals. VAT is included in the Super Saver Ride Book price.

Harbour Park “Go Unlimited” Wristband Terms & Conditions
Harbour Park’s “Go Unlimited” Wristband offers an individual guest the chance to ride as many times as they wish for one day. Naturally for this kind of offer there are a number of terms and conditions and for your clarity they are listed below.
- An individual wristband is only valid for one person on the day it is issued to them.
- Wristbands are valid for 1 day. Guests should check the rides available for their visit prior to purchasing a wristband. Refunds cannot be given for ride unavailability.
- Harbour Park will guarantee wristband guests rides on attractions that are open that day between the hours of 1pm - 4pm. Outside of those times wristbands may be used but attractions are liable to closure at management’s discretion.
- All safety rules for all rides & attractions still apply. This includes but is not limited to height, age and disability access restrictions. These rules may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Management.
- Wristbands are non transferable between guests and attempts to do so will invalidate the wristband without refund.
- The wristband entitles the guest to ride an attraction (included within the wristband offer) for 1 cycle. The guest must then dismount the ride and join the queuing system again.
- If a child is the bearer of the wristband and is within the “accompanied only” height range an over 18 years guardian may receive a hand stamp (“accompanying adult”) allowing them to accompany the child. If the child is above the unaccompanied height no stamp can be given. “Accompanying Adults” status will apply upon the following attractions only; Dodgems, Flying Animals, Caterpillar Rollercoaster, Water Chute.
- Access to rides will only be given by operators when wristband guests have the correct colour band for the day bearing Harbour Park logo and an accompanying hand stamp. Without the hand stamp the wristband is not deemed valid and entry to rides may be refused.
- Any wristband that has been cut, stuck down, tampered with or is suspected of forgery could result in a guest or group being refused entry to attractions and/or being asked to leave the premises without refund.
- All ride openings are subject to safety inspection, maintenance & weather conditions and may be closed, without notice or advertisement, for these or other reasons without refund or transfer of wristbands.
